Introducing Search: Fast Answers with Live Sources
A dedicated Search mode for quick research with source chips, separate from multi-model chat, plus Open in chat when you need more depth.
Palabres now has a dedicated Search mode: fast answers with live sources, separate from multi-model chat.
Why Search
Chat is for conversation. You pick a model, turn tools on or off, and go deep over many turns.
Search is for quick research:
- Type a question
- Get a grounded answer with source chips
- Open the thread in chat when you need longer follow-ups
Live web results are always on. The page stays focused on the question and the answer.
How it compares to web search in chat
In chat, Web Search is a toggle next to the composer. It shows source chips when a reply used the web, while you keep conversing.
Search is a separate page built for one-shot research:
- Web results are always on (not a toggle)
- The flow is question → answer → sources
- When you need more depth, Open in chat continues the thread as a normal conversation
Use chat for multi-turn work. Use Search when you want a quick, source-backed answer first.
What you get
- Source chips you can open and verify
- Follow-up questions on the same page
- Open in chat when you want a longer conversation
Try it
Search is live in the app sidebar (next to History and Imagine).
